Recently, Enkris Semiconductor announced the completion of a strategic financing Series B+ round of several hundred million RMB. This round of financing was led by Goermicro (a holding subsidiary of Goertek 002241. SZ), followed by GL Ventures, Hui Capital, Sinovation Ventures, Hechuang Zhiyuan (Suzhou) Enterprise Management, Gongqingcheng Junhe, SEE Fund, 37 Interactive Entertainment, CITIC Securities, etc., and the existing shareholders Orizas Holdings, Shanghai Allin Capital Management, etc.
