Richard is a Senior Partner at Sinovation Ventures, focusing on growth and venture capital investments. Previously, he was with Sinovation's venture funds as an advisor and then a Partner. He has 18 years of experience in technology entrepreneurship and investments.

Richard focuses on the technologies and services in health and productivity sectors worldwide. He manages an active portfolio of 30+ companies such as Meditrust 镁信健康, Insilico Medicine 英矽智能, XAG 极飞, Megarobo 镁伽, and Glinx 基灵.

Richard graduated from Washington University in St. Louis with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. His passion is working with talented founders and teams, applying social and historical studies to investments, and supporting charities in children's and women's rights.
