Clement Song
Clement Song is a Venture Partner of Sinnovation Ventures, and Chairman of Clement and Xinxin Foundation. Prior to entrepreneurship, Clement worked at Microsoft Xbox team and participated in the development and release of Xbox360, Xbox Live, and Xbox Live Vision products. In 2008, he returned to China and founded eCitySky as CEO, creating the world's first web3D virtual world platform "GameXiu." ECitySky merged with YY in 2011 and successfully listed on NASDAQ in 2012. In 2014, he founded AiNemo as CEO and launched "Xiaoyu@Home" and "Xiaodu@Home". AiNemo was later acquired by Baidu in 2020 for 600 million USD. Clement was also the co-founder of XYLink, a spinoff from AiNemo, now a leading cloud video conferencing company in China. Clement angel-invested in high-tech unicorn companies in China and US, such as global Communications-Platform-as-a-Service (CPaaS) provider Agora (Nasdaq"API"), smart agriculture company XAG, and AI-powered translation service company Lilt, etc. Clement graduated from the University of Virginia with a degree in Computer Science and Computer Engineering as a Rodman Scholar.
